TOP 10 Must-Have Fashions, Stylists
TOP 10 Must-Have Fashions,
Stylists
It was a
character characteristic that I could adopt it. When the seasons change, I
dedicate an entire day to shopping for and preparing my new clothes.
After greeting my regulars, I favorite to evaluate
the gaps in my seasonal wardrobe and think about the fall trends of 2022 that I
might like to incorporate. There were a lot of big predictions on the runway
this year, with designers showing off unusual knits and statement-making
embellishments (sequins in particular controlled the runway), maximalist
designs (think animal and in-your-face floral), and bright color
options (Barbie pink will still be in play). However, Fashion Week isn't the
only time I evaluate my closet. I frequently consult social media platforms
like Pinterest and Instagram, and as a fashion journalist, I also ask
friends and acquaintances who work in the industry for their advice.
Confident Garb
Around this time last year, the three-piece
set had just dethroned sweat suits, and this year, power suits have taken over.
If you're a fan of matching sets like
Stolch, you can breathe a sigh of relief because "power suiting" has
been a top trend for several seasons and isn't going anywhere. "Structured
shoulders, crisp lapels, vests, and belted waists are all key elements of the
Fall 2022 power suit. Many of my clients, women who had trouble making the huge
trend feel like anything but the '80s, have told me that the revised style is
much less daunting than its oversized version."
Premium Leather
Currently, women are "unapologetically
letting themselves be seen, heard, and felt in ways we've never
experienced," as Stolch puts it. "The moto jacket is just the
beginning; this trend is about using leather across the board. Consider a
wardrobe of slacks, jackets, crop tops, and dresses paired with trendy
accessories and chic takes on traditional combat footwear."
False Fur, Sweetie
"Create some tension. Create a Mental
Image of CAMP, " Stein writes in an email. "The coat should be the
focus of the ensemble. In addition, you can get fuzzy accessories to complement
your wardrobe. Fuzzy accessories such as furry bucket hats (Versace) and furry
purses (Off-White) can nonetheless elevate your ensemble."
Bolstering Leather Coats
Authentic Boots Proclamation
While over-the-knee boots are an
indispensable autumn item, San Diego-based personal stylist and blogger Vanessa
Valientes is looking forward to stepping out in statement boots this season.
"Back to School," but for Older
Students
Whether you long for a return to the days
when uniforms were the norm or simply want to dress like a schoolgirl now that
you're an adult, you're not alone. Although September often makes me think of
going back to school, the atmosphere is a major 2022 fall fashion trend that Valientes
enthusiastically supports.
The stylist advises clients to "think
plaids, ties, peacoats, and collared shirts" to achieve the desired style.
"Putting on a public show involves getting out of the house. All of this
focus on a specific clothing standard has me ecstatic. This is the cure for the
pandemic's "home" stigma."
Antiques and repurposed materials
Although the '90s and '00s
trends have already made a comeback for 2022, Valientes is keen on even more
recycled and vintage styles for the upcoming autumn.
She says, "After a long hiatus from
the vintage trend, I am purchasing more second-hand goods than new items."
It's good for the environment and shouldn't be a fad, but it sure is trendy
right now.
Absolute Magnificence
Note to self: you don't have to wait until
summer to wear sheer. Wardrobe stylist Chellie Carlson claims that the sheer,
airy fabric is a huge hit with their autumn clients.
"You can never have too many layers,
and sheer clothing is the best kind to have. The combination of a translucent
blouse and a show bra is the epitome of sophistication, perfect for a night out
with the gals or a special someone ", Carson remarked. You can still keep
some skin covered up in the cold using sheer clothing.
Always Wearing Oversized Blazers
Carlson tells In Style that she, like this
writer, is a blazer fanatic, particularly in the cooler months.
"For both the equestrian and clean
girl aesthetic trends, nothing beats a well-tailored blazer. They add instant
glamour and flattering balance to any outfit, "Carlson delves deeper.
"Dress up your brunch outfit by adding a blazer to your dress and pairing
it with shoes. I also think they look great with a graphic tee and jeans for a
more put-together casual look."
Striped and Checkered Designs
According to my personal stylist Seneca
Guadara, plaid "is a must-have pattern" for the forthcoming fall
season since it embodies the spirit of the season.
When asked through email, she says,
"Once the temperature goes into the 60s, I am all over adding some plaid
here and there to my clothing." "Blending the classic pattern with
more modern fabrics like fur, sequins, or silk is one of my favourite ways to
give my ensemble a fresh feel. A simple plaid skirt with a turtleneck or a
plaid coat is still a worthwhile investment if you'd rather err on the side of
caution."
